Due to personal nature of this product, we do not allow returns. However, we honor the quality of our products for one year. If for some reason the cap falls out or the writing fades, please send back to us and we will fix for you. This does not cover breakage or damage to the necklace/keychain or breakage of the vial due to customer damage.
